I thought I can manage samba4 domain with powershell, but I can't. I see
error "Unable to find a default server with active directory web
services running" when I run Active Directory Module for Windows
PowerShell. The ability to domain manage via powershell is absent or
something I'm doing wrong.

I think those commandlet use the "Active Directory Management Gateway
Service" through the HTTP protocol and webservices (port TCP/9389) [1].
I'm afraid those webservice are not yet implemented in Samba4.
