[Samba] Errors with the installation of Samba 4.4.5.

I have some errors with the installation of Samba 4.4.5.

I glued the outputs and config on pastebin: http://pastebin.com/V4VCDfs0

Can anyone tell because the status of the samba is in error:
Jul 27 17:26:47 srv-dc1.homelab.corp samba[978]:
../source4/dsdb/dns/dns_update.c:295: Failed DNS update -
NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT


And samba_dnsupdate --verbose --all-names command gives the following error:

Hi,

Is srv-dc1 your first DC declared? If yes, is Bind started? Is your
resolv.conf configured to use 127.0.0.1 or IP address of eth0 on srv-dc1?

Anyway, if it is not your first DC, same questions apply: Is Bind started
on the first DC? Is srv-DC1 configured to use this first DC as resolver? Is
this first DC able to resolve AD DNS names?
